Our pricing for collections does not include travel expenses. As each wedding is unique, we prefer to learn more about your destination and celebration before discussing travel arrangements. We then create a customized quote based on the location and number of shooting days, which is added to your selected collection. We handle all our travel arrangements and accommodations, unless you specify otherwise.

After you've chosen your wedding date and we've agreed on your photography package, we will draft and send you a photography contract for your perusal. To secure your chosen date, we kindly request that you return the signed contract within approximately one week. Upon receiving your signed contract and a 50 percent photography retainer, your wedding date will be officially reserved. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

My husband, Randy, and I are a dynamic photography team, especially skilled at capturing diverse aspects of your day. Depending on the event's scale, we may bring on additional shooters or assistants as needed. We are proficient digital photography, prepared for all lighting situations ensuring a timeless and artistic quality.

Staying on schedule is essential to our work, and we meticulously plan a custom minute-by-minute photo timeline for each event. Adhering to this timeline allows us to capture every moment and detail in optimal lighting conditions. We work with your event planner to ensure we have the most up-to-date timeline and event list.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but we've successfully navigated such challenges before. Rain on your wedding day, though considered lucky, is not typically what we hope for. In such cases, we work closely with your planner to implement strong Plan B and even Plan C options, ensuring your day goes smoothly.

Our curated final image count typically ranges from 60-to 90 photos per hour of coverage. The final images presented in your online gallery of meticulously selected based on content and composition. We aim to provide the highest-quality images from each setup angle. These final images receive color corrections, exposure adjustments, and minimal retouching, ensuring a natural and unretouched appearance.

Turnaround times for engagement and portrait sessions average 6 to 8 weeks, while wedding images are typically delivered within 10 to 12 weeks.

While we meticulously plan our lives leading up to a wedding to ensure our health and travel time are optimal, unforeseen circumstances can happen. In such a rare event, we'll make every effort to arrange a replacement photographer of similar caliber and style. These are beloved team members whom we would trust to shoot our own wedding. Alternatively, we'd refund your full investment, allowing you to make alternative arrangements if you prefer.

We have a deep appreciation for working with our gear to create a film style look, primarily because of its gentle and flattering qualities for our subjects' skin. Consequently, our need for retouching is minimal. As mentioned earlier, the final image set undergoes color correction and exposure adjustments.

For individual images that you choose to order as prints from the online gallery or those destined for inclusion in an album layout, we conduct a final inspection to make precise color and exposure adjustments. These selected images also undergo basic retouching, encompassing blemish removal, minor under-eye touch-ups, unobtrusive hair adjustments, and subtle cropping. Our preference is to maintain a natural appearance in all images. Any modifications we make are subtle, preserving the clean and beautiful essence of your celebration.

In addition, we extend the option of outsourced professional retouching for more comprehensive requests, such as wardrobe adjustments, hair and makeup refinements, head swapping, background alterations, or any other elements beyond basic retouching. We provide a detailed quote for your approval before proceeding with any additional retouching work, ensuring that it aligns with your preferences.

We'll capture formal family portraits during the designated time, including immediate family members (parents, siblings) and grandparents if applicable. For groupings beyond immediate family or those with special circumstances (e.g., due to divorce or stepparents), please inform us at least two weeks before your wedding so we can allocate time accordingly.
